I mentioned his service or lack of in one of his status updates, all I got was a pm calling me a cnut.   TC

Cushty Mush has provided me with a number of T20s and I have received excellent service and communication every time and has replied to my PMs promptly.

I'm sure you have and I'm sure others have too, as the saying goes... You can do a thousand good deeds and no one will remember, until you f**ck up! then no one forgets.

I have nothing against cushty, I'm sure he's a nice chap. However, his customer service and care leaves a little to be desired.

It is how the seller handles the duds is what defines his worth as a seller. Patterdale, have you had any cause to complain, as it seems that is the deciding factor. To be honest he is promised a quality when he buys in, he sells them on in good faith. But when the items are not what is advertised then he should refund without quibble. Then take it up with his supplier.

Guys all these torches come from China, the QC is shocking so duds are to be expected. as has been said its how the seller reacts to these manufacturing faults. You can buy these torches direct for peanuts but you takes your chances. theres a few people that can make you the complete pills for most of these torches, the LEDs will be correctly re-flow soldered onto the stars and they'll probably give you an option with the driver modes. However, don't expect them to be cheap. You get what you pay for I guess.
