Once you've skinned them they all look the same and taste the same

I've had them from light grey to fawn, to dark brown and black. One permission had some very big charcoal grey rabbits, until I shot them. This was a semi rural area and I always guessed they were escapee pets.

Apparently black ones are more common than you think, only ever seen on on the side of a dual carriageway recently...almost swallowed my Marlboro in disbelief.

Its a genetic defect I think..similar to Albinoism.
