johnny boy68 11,726
You can put him over the cur bitch in a season or 2 if you like, you'll be in charge of the litter though. 4 Quote Link to post

roybo 2,873
That's what I like to see ideation, well thought out, well planned, and an idea what you want to achieve. As I said in another thread you replied to,SOME just use whatever's there and hope for the best, and would use young dogs, you have at least put some thought in to it,so hope you get what you are looking for Quote Link to post
greenman 221
I have a 3/8 5/8 bull grey bitch. If you look up my posts on the collie brains and Reece's billy threads I've written a bit about her. I truly rate her as worth taking a pup from, but I'm not a fan of breeding and I'm still undecided if I want to raise a litter and deal with finding homes. I have been offered use of a 3/8 5/8 collie grew belonging to a local rabbit catcher which is my first option. A couple of people had suggested I find a good honest whippet for what I want and yours could well be it? Like yourself it is a very big but, she has been a very good dog, but I'm not sure I want the hassle of a whole litter and finding homes for pups. I may well be in contact in the future if you would consider letting me use him. Quote Link to post

forest of dean redneck 11,819
Heart of Wales was going to put a whippet over his Alsatian x grey ,drift but he's not been on for awhile so don't know if he did or changed his mind. I agree with phil watching a dog course something through woodland is adrenalin pumping .even though the Forest of Dean has pretty open woodland due to a lot of deer and sheep. Quote Link to post
RossM 8,149
Still contemplating lining my bitch I've got a stud in mind as ideally looking to produce 24-27 tts offspring, at one stage I was swithering away from what I had in mind & towards a whippetxgrey type but now back to the original plan of the plan, good luck on your quest jai........... And what short stuff said. Quote Link to post
