how much deposit do i need to buy a house. i think i could probably get my saveings to 10k in 2 years if i dont upgrade my car and turn the lights off behind me :laugh: .. i pay 107 a week rent lol.

it dont have to be the presant address i buy but this would be cheep and when i move out of what ever i buy i can rent it.. really just after the % needed then i can chew things over some more..

There is a goverment scheme that lends money for deposits.

i would have a morgae and a loan to pay for deposit at the same time then. unless the goverment let you pay in 15 years once the house is paid

 

im happy to save the houses arent going any were.. price might move though :laugh:

I think it is deferred for 5 years then low interest rates when you start paying it back.
