Codliver oil capsules omega3 lads less mess use that for joints, best butter on sum brown bread for coats. Well mine hasnt got a coat at the moment lol so hes not getting best butter just sun cream ;)

Mine get mackerel on wheatabix..........lol.

Mine get mackeral fillets in tomatoe sauce or sunflower oil once a week and whole (gutted) trout once a week with heads and all.

Lol yh I've seen the pics ;-) factor 50 ;-) I'm just thinking I go mackerel fishing to stock up the freezer for pike fishing just wonder if it's worth taking extra for the dogs or will it be to much hastle

too much f***ing about pal just put a codliver oil cap in its food multi vit tabs aswell from pound shop.

I feed mackerel raw and whole, usually with their guts out. Same with sprats when they come in on masse, great big silver tide mark of free dog grub.

My wee cur pup loves Tuna in Sunflower oil...

You aren't wrong mate. Mine both love the fish in oil. They devour 2 x Tins a piece. But at £1 a tin it can get pricey. They are worth it though and I believe it's a major contributor to keeping the coats nice and glossy.

In the season, mine get tinned pilchards in tomato sauce a couple of times a week, in summer when we or mates catch plenty they get them too.

 

Ferrets love a mack or two as well :thumbs:

Im going out this week on a boat fishing, hope to get a few, does anyone head and tail them bring to the boil and simmer for 5mins take out main bone and feed?

are they in yet joe putting the boat on its mooring this week bit early for them in argyll did you get that salmon?
