donnyc 1,203
There's an awful lot of talk about the book on here, but how do us mere mortals get hold of one? Been asking for a week and still getting no further? Should be on the market early next week Quote Link to post

gonetoearth 5,144
[quote Ps Good luck JB hope it's a great succes as I buy them all just wish someone would do 1. about the dogs, and not the interview type books . Take up the chalice and you write the definitive work on the history of the working terrier of the british isles Maybe I will G, the wife wants a new kitchen and a villa in France. Mmmm. Caravan in Morecambe and a lick of paint. Costs more to trawl for a printer. Quote Link to post

Theres murderers that get an easier ride than authors of terrier associated books !!!!!!!!! . Edited June 7, 2014 by gonetoearth 1 Quote Link to post

northern lad 2,292
Just for the record Frank Buck did give interviews... Or why else would he have been in Fell Terrier... Anyways, books is books.... Bottom line is this.... Someone has put the time and effort into putting pen to paper, it don't matter what the goal was in doing it BUT each and every man who has, from Frein to Broadhurst, Harcolme, Plummer, Lloydy, Darcy and Fairclough even Bluck....! ALL OF THEM HAVE WRITTEN A LITTLE BIT OF HISTORY, right there, for you, me and generations to come. You don't have to buy the book, not right now, maybe not ever BUT a little piece of hunting history is written, for the future, for ever..... Spot on Bosun 1 Quote Link to post
