Just googling at work (Bored) and came across this http://www.huntsabs.org.uk/tactics/sabfish.html is this even legal? how can these arseholes get away with disrupting somebodies sport i know they get away with a lot with the dogs but thats down to the (ridiculous) law, fishing is completely legal why do they not get charged for trying to incite people to ruin somebodies day, i know one thing though if someone threw rocks into my swim they'd follow them,

 

what do you guys think are these people gaining to much power or being ingored by the powers that be to force there own ideology onto others?

to be honest i dont think about them much at all. what half of them dont realise is that half the fisheries they target wouldnt even exist if it wasnt for angling associations who run them. the ones that did exist would be overgrown and full of rubbish and shopping trolleys. youre wasting youre time on them as you cant negotiate with an idiot,which is what youre dealing with.

Me and the wife often fish together - I tell you, they'd be mighty sorry if they crossed her............!

If they ever try it near me, I hope they can swim.

I go ape shit if someone lets their dog in the otherside of the lake, never mind throwing stuff in!! I pay through the nose for my fishing. Rod licenses, club memberships, tackle and bait all add up, Someone ruins my swim, more fool them...

What did david bellamy say about anglers, he called them the eyes and ears of wildlife because its usually them that report polluted lakes/ rivers/wildlife in trouble ect, and long may it be so. atb.

It might be very selfish of me to say this but as a hunting man I like to see the anti's targeting angling, horse racing etc.

Firstly, they are never going to succeed in anyway other than ruining some poor fellows day.

Secondly , it shows the general public that these scum are nothing other than un-educated troublemakers.

Yes, I feel sorry for someone having their day ruined but as long as these incidents make the media it helps turn decent folk against them.

Anti's used to try their stone throwing crap in the early 80's..at fishing matches, and got a good kicking

 

Once video hand held cameras appeared, they tried filming their disrupting, and the camera man got a kicking first...evidence destroyed, then the rock chucker got done

 

Eventually the penny dropped....
