greenman 221
Here's a pick of my court, very similar to yours socks. The dog is in one side, ferrets in the other. As I'd said before, I used to keep mine in big hutches, but the difference in the fitness and activity of a ferret in a court is huge. If anyone has the space or inclination it's a far better way to house your ferrets. 1 Quote Link to post

Nice setup bud couldn't agree more about courts, i switched from hutches to courts about 15 years ago.Ferrets are definitely fitter and happier imo 1 Quote Link to post

The young bitches out of him,... are superb looking critters. They are strong and well grown,...so hopefully should be ready to join the A Team on the smaller warrens,.. in late September/October.. I cannot go back in time and have my old stock back,..but this coming season will be good He looks a fine beast Phil. . . I hope you get back onto some good lines again with your stock.. I know how you feel when your best workers have gone and your starting from scratch..getting good stock is not easy..Its a damn site easier to get a good puppy than a good ferret these days. Me and Tomo are taking a hob and jill kit from a few chaps this summer and gonna try em all out next season . . . were hoping that if half make the grade we might have a decent gene pool to continue onwards with. Good luck with your plans there Phil and if you do find that you've bred some superstrain little grafters... Next year.. Can we have a couple please.. Quote Link to post
