Dont bite Kev, youre talking to cold meat here the font of all knowledge in the world of lurcher and terrierwork

don't think theres a lot to bite about hot meat said the same as me a bit of mince would have been better as dogs stomachs are meant to deal with cereal

If kev wants to feed that fine. forums aren't just there for back slapping they are their for discussion i thought.or there would be no point to them

No one took the piss kev.they stated an opinion on feeding cereal....thats all.

the piss take went on later which you, fair play, indulged yourself.

Now,before it turns into a slanging match,

Brought on by one or two, comments meant as advice btw, carry on doing as you are ,they are your pups.good luck with the pups and don't take forums so serious, its only the internet.atb Roy

I do agree roybo about forums being for more than back slapping and this forum can be really useful. But I will say certain members on here have an arrogance about the way they choose to pass on there opinions and at the end of the day they are just opinions. things are talked about as this is right...this is wrong.

i like pups well fed and in good condition instead of scrawny looking runts looking like a bag of bones, them pups look well fed in them pictures no matter what way you feed, all opinions no right or wrong, main thing is they are wormed, fed and handled, good luck gaffer

Moorside i think sometimes the written word is hard to decipher in regards to peoples attitude or arrogance, take it for what it is a comment.

If someone gives advice take it on board ,sometimes years down the line it may be of some value.that you may realise was more useful than you first thought.

jumping on someones back because you dont agree with their advice imho is arrogant and ignorant as i say take all on board you may find it useful one day atb Roy

I think maybe it's because who said it.

Advice is hard to take off certain folk

Especially if there a bit of history.

Nowt was said to me or the 5 or 6 people who liked his post

Maybe it just comes down to the way certain folk choose to word comments it can come over in a way that it wasnt meant to. Like I said before theres lots of good information on here and irrespective of the source if its good advice its good advice just think if its written in a less in youre face manner its more likely to be listened to.

if your happy feeding weetabix then carry on...... HOWEVER it doesnt take away the fact that, as a meat eater, it would form no part in a dogs natural diet.........
