Worst Job You Have Ever Done???

Recommended Posts

f*****g hell NEWKID he sounds a right tight c**t,

reminds me of a company I worked for but was absent when this situation happened. the boss was a real piece of work, when the heavy snow hit a few winters back, the boss got in an hour late and docked everyone present an hour (these men were working from 8 as usual)

his words were how do I know you were here a 8.

proper wanker

Wouldn't work for someone like that for all the money in the world. Maybe expect said as a wind up but to actually even think like that your full on c**t. Would end up hitting him if everything he done was similar behaviour. Wonder what his like out of work with his mates, if his got any.

Unfortunatly people like him are not that rare in the workplace construction and demolition i came across a few one who once threatend to sack an apprentice joiner who told him at snap time to wash his car this infront of a cabin full of building workers as the lad didnt want to loose his job he went and did it.

the worst job i had was on a production line with all the rest of the staff on the line were poles dont get me wrong they worked but the foreman was a right prick timing your breaks and watching what time you start or how much you did standing over your shoulder shouting quicker you would of thought he owned the place and the job itself was mind numbing before that i have been lucky to work for some real good blokes man mangers who looked after there staff and always got that bit extra when needed

Remember my first boss he was a prick, I was late one day and he was standing in the workshop as I walked in "what time do you call this?" He asked "16 minutes past 8, what time do you call it?" Was my reply.

None of the builders have a would? I wouldn't sit there and watch someone take the piss like that infront of me. Understand new guys gonna get abit of stick but bit beyond banter be littling him infront of people. If anything you get a better bond with those your working with if your able to all take the piss n give it abit.

The dole sent me on a week's work trial with a caravan sales company last year. I was to clean the caravans inside and out - easy! It ended abruptly when the owner decided to set me the task of cleaning out his son's bungalow at their retirement village type place. It was f***ing lifting.

I took one look in and asked if was he going to pay me?

No.

Cya later then.

Picking up dirty boxers off the living room floor? No thanks

I felt abit ashamed for not sticking up for the lad but when you have your own family that relies on your wage plus it was a time in the early 90s [BANNED TEXT] well paid jobs were hard to come by in this area .

f****n ell you mental b*****d!!! :icon_eek::icon_eek::icon_eek::laugh:;)

Another time, have you ever thought out loud? Well he was storming round the workshop growling and he was giving me evils and I was stood there putting the ramp and thought to myself "what the f**k are you looking at?!?" Then he said "what was that?" Then I realised I'd thought it, and said it........ f**k! I thought I can't backtrack now, I need to back it up, so I followed up with "you ye c**t, your f***ing storming over growling me?" He looked at me, patted my shoulder and said "nothing son, sorry" .................... Pheeeeeeew!

dare, the guys known around the town as a wanker, employs most of his family who don't do a tap and lays off good men with young waynes and mortgages to pay. has people living on a knife edge.

he also worked for a HUGE American company who then set him up with everything, workshop, machines and even contracts. so he owed no money to anyone and went straight into profit. instant millionaire. he's beyond greed. gladly I don't work for the c**t anymore.

and to be honest I think his company is going under, although I wish him the worst of luck, its his men I feel sorry for.

his core men also asked for a 50p rise as they hadn't received one in eight years and other companies were paying a lot more. so he layed me and 4 others off. best thing happed to me. im working to one of the companies now that's taking their work :D
