Seem's as my freezer's where at bursting point i decided to defrost the lot and bang it all through the mincer..all dogged and shot free..

I also had a pile of Makerel which worked out at 1 fish per 4 Rabbit's..Broccili / Garden Pea's / New Green Bean's and a dish full of soaked complete..here is a few picture's of my progress through out the day.. :D

The end result approx 230lb of mince ready for the freezer all courtesy of the dog's which it will feed for a good while in the next several monthes.. :thumbs:

This get's done every year and they is never a problem with the dog's.. quite the opposite as they thrive on it..

I know that feeling, takes a wee while :laugh: Great load of grub for the dogs though, The mackerel will really start coming in round here soon, cant wait to fill up my freezer

Looks like you froze rabbits with guts in??

 

Any reason you dont gut them before freezing ??

I was selling them for £3 each to a couple of lad's with Python's so i was asked to get a load with the gut's still in them..which i did around 40 of them roughly but they never got back to me so i was stuck with them..not too worry though they are gutted and minced now and the dog's will be none the wiser.. :D:thumbs:

Giro i started gutting and preparing them around 11 am yesterday... i was still in the garage bagging and packing it all up till around about 10pm lastnight.. :cray: .. worth it though in the end..

Yes mate it's a spare motor.. :thumbs: Moll bought them of that good fellow you know Jim .. ;) ..and i went and collected them with her several year's ago and my back is still fooked now from lifting them in the back of the pick up.. :D ..they must weigh around 25 stone each..

I tend to do it as it comes in, last big lot i did was a fecker, jammed in into the chest freezer so it was frozen together, right bugger getting it out/splitting it. I cursed myself for weeks :laugh:
