10 1/2 Pound Bar Of Silver

Out on Monday first thing lost a fish on my second cast then landed this crackin bar of silver straight of the tide on a wee black 14 francis ....lost a few fish and was speaking to the netsmen who say that there are some really well made sea trout going about around the 2kg mark so will be out most evenings & hopefully get into one of them

Sounds good cockchops, got a day on the Tyne & another on the coquet this week, still not off the mark this season so not expecting much to report, lol

Cracking fish Mik, hitting the local river Friday morning for a days sport, Been a few nice springers off so far.

 

Here's hoping for a screaming reel and a tight line.
