dare 1,103
Sometimes regret not bothering at school and going into further education. Remember my mum and dad going mental when I told em I'm not going college. Funny how they always would use my mates when it suits them but if I threw it back I got, "I don't give a shit their not my child" lol. Other side of the coin is alot of mates say % come out of college and done f**k all. Very few have jobs which are going to be a career. I also had alot of fun partying and shagging birds whilst they'd have to be home early to make sure they get up for college. Remember going to their college and stuff a few times and few prats came across as if they thought they was better. Seen one the other day and his looking for work with his pointless degree and seemed miserable as f**k .

Seen one the other day and his looking for work with his pointless degree and seemed miserable as f**k . I was like you as young bloke, left school with fook all , but back in mid 60s there was few jobs about. So was never out of work more than the odd week .Iwas always strong+fit bloke always heavy type manual work=digging, carrying, lifting jobs. Worked at Local Brewery for 25 years , hand stacking 3000 kegs a day. Then one day hurt my back ,never right again had over 5 years (3 slipped discs) so at finish work at 50, but had good deal with Brewery . Now today you would be fooked if it happened now, you get fook all and end up on the scrap heap .I drummed it in to my Son , for god sake get a (education ) even if you got clean the shit house out, you got something to fall back on , if your health and strength goes he went to University got a degree ,and .he got a job insurance nice office job, with not bad money, and he not going to be fooked at 50 like I was with bad back or knees , and out of work+finished . No mate get a Education .

smithie 2,443
I have too many to list but drink is the main one as most of my stupidity stems from drink. I thought I was having fun at the time but little did I realise I was just digging a big hole. on the upside though it never got backfilled with me in it so it's not all bad:)

NickF 50
I wish I'd hunted more before the ban and also, back then, not even thinking or considering that one day it would be gone.
collie/grey 238
Not so much regrets but lots of mistakes that have made me wiser (or should have). I suppose a lot of the past was when I was young, nieve, and foolish. Also going straight from school into full time work really hampered my social life and made me grow up far too quickly. Trying to be sensible now though and thinking of the future.
Frann 882
I don't regret anything, it was all rather enjoyable When I hear of kids dying and all the bad crrap in this world, I cant grumble at my lot. Sure theres things I would have done different but I don't regret them.

Neal 1,869
There are lots of things I think I regret, when I look at them as isolated incidents, when then, when I look at the bigger picture, I realise I wouldn't be where I am now i.e. two best kids in the world, lovely wife, best kennel of dogs I've ever owned, beautiful house, job I enjoy etc (touch wood).
