When I lived in Blighty the dogs I had were a nightmare for fuucking off, hunting up on every walk. The staffy and Lurcher were the worst for it. She'd bush and he'd be ready and waiting, proper team tbh. The terrier would just piss off and do his own thing. Out of the five, only two would be where you could see them. Took to putting hi-viz on all of the cnuts, so I could spot them easier  Tbf they would always come back when I whistled them though.... eventually. This nobhead I have now WILL do one and run for miles and have me waiting in the most inconvenient of places, like a mountain pass, when it's blowing a freezing gale
