Dirt1427 2
Hi I'm looking into getting a new silencer for my hw100kt. I currently have the hw silencer but I'm finding it load compared to my mates daystate x2,which he has the carbon daystate silencer..on are shoot he said he can hear my shots even at 50yrds plus and I never seem to hear his even trying to? Don't tell me I'm deff lol but my hw100 does seem loud any ideas or recommendations would be great I've been looking up on the a&m silencers but not sure Cheers dan Quote Link to post
villaman 9,983
Its all in your mind , HW silencers are one of the best out there or you need a hearing test at your doctors  Quote Link to post
jamesS410 106
Hi. If it seems excessively loud with the silencer fitted it may be worth checking that your breech seal isn't on its way out. If it is this can cause quite a crack even if its not noticeably affecting the rifles performance. 1 Quote Link to post

Dirt1427 2
Yeah I thought it was all in my mind until I stud 30yrds down range while my mate shot his and then mine!! My hw was a lot loader!!... I'll check the seal bud I never give that a thought as it's shooting bang on with no problems in POI I'm thinking of the twink or the marksmen Cheers for the replys Dan Quote Link to post
