Binoculars

Recommended Posts

If you are getting into stalking especially fallow stalking, save your pennies and buy a second hand pair of swaros 7x42 SLC or simular, I do a bit of guided stalking and often guests ask to try my binos and as yet i have not found better, its a fact that during the day most binos look good, its at last light when you are waiting for the buggers to come out you will see the difference, when you have used your swaros for say twenty five years send them back to the manufacturers and ask the to give them a service, they will come back with new eye cups lense covers and look as good as new and the invoice will probably say, no charge'

try doing that with budget binos,

Cheers geoff

I have had a pair of el's for several years & used them , really used them to the max , they have been dropped , knocked dragged & abused & after dropping them from a highseat I sent them back to Swarovski ...2weeks later they came back ....totally refurbished , the cost £230 ..new lenses , eye pieces , focus mechanism ( which I had busted when I dropped them ) every thing ...they were like new ..The bits I was charged for was completely down to my misuse , the scratched lenses etc ...their service is second to none .
