Packs a punch, and has lasted a while, got to be at least 600 shots. And Ive had it 6 months, with slight perishing only appearing now. Wouldnt be any good with small light ammo though. Match that to the correct ammo and correct shot placement and you'll drop what your aiming for.... The trouble with Theraband for me... Is the time it lasts (not very long)... And the noise when they are released.... Looped 1745 tubes will accommodate 9.5mm steel upto 12mm lead.... They're good all round bands and last a long time....
