Get a working whippet or c,w,g, easy to train, easy to control.

If it's your first dog/lurcher keep away from terrier x lurcher as they can be very head strong and might be a bit of a handful for a first timer.

i would pick a terrier cross before a collie x dont find them headstrong i would for lurcher x lurcher for your first dog

Let me put it this way, someone just getting into dogs/lurchers would make a mistake getting a dog with to much prey drive/hunting instinct.

Like the beddy x the one I had

Would of been far to much for my first lurcher..

Nothing wrong with jumping in the deep end lol your probally right i just cant see by them glad the internet wasnt about when i was young to confusing just get a lurcher and get out
