Water Feature Fish Pond ??? Questions/advice

Mate of mine got a massive pond sounds like yours gnasher, he got a bit of decking built over one corner so you can sit on it, and a bridge made out of some old beams and timber going over middle

 

Sounds similar mate i wont go into detail as the ankle biters will tell me off for being flash .......but it didnt start life as a pond hence the ridiculous size...............decking on the corners eh i like the idea of that,kind of like a little jetty

Aye gnasher that's idea, like a wee Jetty, when we visit my kids always got feet over side in water lol it's a nice way to spend a nice evening sat at a pond

I control the pests on a big old place ... Nick faldos old gaff actually ... They have a cracking pond with a nice jetty Summer house type thing I will get a picture next week .........

Thinking of a nice half barrell type water feature, flowering mini lilly would be a bonus, got some barrells in the barn aswell.

 

Got a pond, but can only see a bit of it from the house.

I would love to offer it as a raffle prize or whatever for the fishing comp, you all seemed decent fella's reading about last years do. But not really geared up for guests as not living in the house yet, not yet even had the water put back on just got 3 x 1000ltr tanks for knocking up concrete. Plus its a fair old trip!
