iworkwhippets 12,521
Was woken this morning at ten past four, one hell of a racket coming from my back garden, looked through my window, magpie in my hedges after blackbird chics, they nest there every year, bombs it downstairs, mother bird going mad, there should have been 4 youngsters in the nest, i could only account for 1, came back inside to find a second one on my living room carpet, Nell must have brought it in, its now back in its nest, and mum is still sitting, as i type, theres maggies on the rooftops looking for young click on the pic Edited May 14, 2014 by iworkwhippets
Millet 4,497
As soon as i see a magpie or a carrion crow anywhere near the garden it's rather dead from lead poisoning or flying away a tad heavier..
