*The*Field*Marshall* 674
Nice looking animal. At what he's at now, I'd say 22, maybe 23" do you know the size and breeding of the sire and dam?? You'd have better idea from knowing their size Quote Link to post
slip lead 862
Most of the dogs I've owned haven't got that much taller after 6 month maybe 1"- 2". But looking at them feet who knows But he will fill out/muscle up a lot more and his back/spine will get longer. Good luck he looks a sharp little f##ker. Quote Link to post
beam 130
He's still got plenty of knuckle on him, I'd say another 2 or 3 inch but it's hard to say without knowing his breeding. He'll start to fill out and muscle up. He's a cracking looking mutt. Edited April 30, 2014 by beam 1 Quote Link to post

whitefeet4190 1,728
I agree looking at his legs and feet I'd expect another couple of inches Looks nice mate Quote Link to post
rhysy28 3
Cheers lads!!.. Yeh he's starting to fill out. Spot on with the cross Staffpeg collie Grey x Whippet!! Quote Link to post
stabba 10,745
Sadly with the whippet in the mix you run the risk of having an 18inch midget. Although at 20inch already at 6 months and judging by the knuckle still left..you may get a 23inch animal. Can't understand folk when they buy a pup and it ends up too small for them when they knew full well that there was whippet in the mix. That's what whippet does...Can and does invariably reduce the size. Nice mutt by the way. 2 Quote Link to post
optimus 447
Whippet or hardblood is often a very hard thing to predict. Sire of my dog(below) was a salukiXhardblood & he was 22 ,&half inch at 4 & a half months but made 26inch. Litter mates were 28 & 23inch. My bitch was from a 23inch hardblood bitch & was sitting at 20inch at 10mnth but made 23inch Edited May 2, 2014 by optimus 2 Quote Link to post
