Leeview 788
So, let me get this straight as I read your post, The police not the RSPCA are the people responsible for the death of the dog as they are the ones who took your dogs? So you now have to go after the police? TC No the police are the ones that have been declared the ones who have sized the dogs who passed them on to the rspca for safe keeping which they have failed to do so under the 2006 welfare act so both are responsible they will find that they are subject to privet prosecutions as both party's have failed to provide adequate care and safety for the animals Im certain I brought this up earlier: the police would nt of been at your property without the request from the arspca because they have the authority to enter your property(with the appropriate warrant) not the arspca? In view of this ruling can you not now get legal aid? as there is a case to answer Y.I.S Leeview

beast 1,884
my understanding is that although the police had to seize the dogs due to the rspca having no legal powers, once handed to them the rspca then have the responsibility?

Whether the money be used in defence and/or persuing the rspca it makes no odds to me all the same thing in my book,if they have to use their resourses in fighting then loosing ,great. best of luck Dymented

dymented 2,220
As it drags on so damages must increase to recompense you for the suffering this is causing! There extremely good at wriggling out of things and blaming others ie case up at Hartlepool woman accused of neglecting her cat the rspca took it to there vet where a dog got lose and killed the said cat Now there trying to do her for that her trial has been stopped and adjourned they twist every thing
