Tiercel 6,986
And in the mean time, they hope that you run out of money by putting obstacles in your way that will cost you to pursue. TC
socks 32,253
I just can't understand how a charity with no powers can not let you see your dogs ... That would be like the police telling me to hang on to your dogs and not let you see them as I have exactly the same pores as the RSPCA .... Fukc all ............

dymented 2,220
And in the mean time, they hope that you run out of money by putting obstacles in your way that will cost you to pursue. TC There main aim is to cause as much stress as possible / financial difficulty's as possible so that owners sign over there dogs thats how they win 90% of cases
Outlaw Pete 2,224
They have no powers at all but they are holding them for the police and you have to make arrangements with the rspca to see your dogs. Just out of idle curiosity but; What act of statute, exactly, endows them with this privilege? It's, obviously, enshrined in 'British Law', so there shouldn't be a problem accessing the written Act. Can the Salvation Army 'Hold other peoples Dogs, for the Police'? I imagine not. Sounds like the spca have some monopoly here. Might we not enquire Why and How? Surely they won the Public Tender on the grounds of their eminent suitability for the role? Does skinning, beheading and chopping up a Dog, like a KFC meal, demonstrate their suitability? Enquiring minds .....
Tuzo 251
Some of you guys might remember a few years ago when 27 dogs were taken in Liverpool ? They were held in a private kennels and we're in a terrible state when returned. I believe the kennel owner was prosecuted but it was nothing more than a slap on the wrist. He was brother to one of the RSPCA inspectors.
Leeview 791
They have no powers at all but they are holding them for the police and you have to make arrangements with the rspca to see your dogs i saw 4 dogs two weeks ago and complained that one was emaciated ( i have the video ) so i think thats upset them . Have you had any replies from Hardwick and Rhodes Yet? If they are holding them for the police cant the police order them to be returned? Y.I.S Leeview
Tuzo 251
Also in this case and many others it's the RSPCA who do the prosecuting - so there is obviously some difference to them and other charities, I don't think the Salvation Army et al would do this.
Outlaw Pete 2,224
Remember it damn well, Tuzo! (My god. Was it really that long ago?!) Leeview 791
Can someone send a link of these details to TESCO's, as I called into tesco's Wragby Road, Lincoln. yesterday and the arspca were collecting for animal rescues. I fired into the guy about this case and he claimed to know nothing about any such case and was very apologetic for what had happened and claimed to be just a fund raiser for them (he was from Doncaster) "raising funds for what ? more HQ's at £16m that could of helped a lot of animals" several other shoppers stopped and asked what it was all about and he upped and left. Cant see Tesco's or any other business looking too kindly to publicity if the truth is put to them Y.I.S Leeview
