trigger2 3,137
I'm sure if they had a warrant they would of had to have the police present to issue it.. The police were present But no warrant was seen or left on the premises We have asked for a copy twice now and no copy of the alleged warrant has been received. I wonder why that is. 13 weeks and they cant get a copy to the solicitor something fishy going on or may be there really buzzy at the moment I hear through the grape vine they have just interview some one ( wont say his name ) for killing a mixyed rabbit in the middle of the road inappropriately !! one swift kick to its head and it was dead but they seem to think it was wrong of him to have put the poor rabbits out of its misery Should he have lefty it there with puss coming out of its eyes and bones sticking through the fur ? i thought you were leagally allowed to put a sick or injured animal out of its misery on the road by any means at your disposal at the time. e.g hit it with a wheel brace to kill it. CorkyJohn 808
Nowt wrong with putting a rabbit out of its misery however, someone kicking a rabbit in the head is showing their inability to cull quickly & humanely. Dy if you're saying you were never shown a warrant when they took your dogs then thats ridiculous. Pretty sure all names should be on the warrant, therefore anyone not listed can be asked to leave your property. People need to be aware of their rights & the laws INCASE this happens. Theres a good thread on on this site about it

Millet 4,497
I picked a Tawny owl of the side of the road many moon's ago ..and when i was nieve I phoned RSFCA and they said put it in a box on the front and we will collect it in the morning..when i got up the next morning the box was still there.. .. i heard nothing from them and i ended up taking it too the local vet's.. Another story and i don't want too sound like a grass or a snitch but i was working on a council estate many moon's ago again.. and every day i would see this little black skinny mongrel puppy sleeping on a rotten mattress in all weather.. i used to throw food over the wall for the poor thing.. Anyway i rang that shit organization and did they turn up.....did they f**k..

Alsone 789
Nowt wrong with putting a rabbit out of its misery however, someone kicking a rabbit in the head is showing their inability to cull quickly & humanely They gentalman in question was in his sunday best and on his way from the pub and going for a meal and did not want to touch it and get covered in anything The gentleman in question should have phoned the RSPCA and reported the incident to them, wonder how long it would have taken the RSPCA to arrive at the scene for a genuine animal that was suffering Whereas you're probably right I'm sure it's not the method that gives right to a prosecution but the suffering. Isn't the offence of causing unnecessary suffering? Surely if you coshed it with a matchstick, if it died instantly from a single strike, it wouldn't be an offence, although in the absence of any proof, you'd be one the back foot with that one with the onus on you to prove that you didn't cause suffering. Probably the same case with the kick - because it's unlikely to cause instant death, you'd have to prove that it didn't cause suffering as there would be a presumption that it did. There was a police programme on the other night about officers in rural Scotland and I'm sure on of them said he'd killed injured deer at the side of the road with a tyre iron. I'd have regarded deer a little large for that method. Was interesting in that when they found an injured deer at the side of the road, they called the local stalker out and even then he loaded it into the back of the truck to take it elsewhere for destruction. Presumably didn't want to do it in front of the cameras or in view of the road. I think the answer here in my opinion is either leave well alone or use a method that can't easily be questioned. The more people I talk to about them, the more people are feeling let down by this charity. The amount of woman Ive spoke to that have phoned in a sick or injured animals, and they just dont want to know."Take it to your local vet"... Why would/should a vet want them? Keep spreading the word, I have put the brakes on a friend becoming a voluntary rspca dog walker by bringing to his attention Dymented`s case, he was horrified and it goes to show, still not enough people know about their crimes.

dymented 2,220
As you will all know the ball has started rolling so i had to determine is the dog was my sons or not. Its not unheard of that the rspca will send the wrong body back Her microchip has been removed so be for anything else i had to confirm if it was the right dog The rspca have changed there mind and now claim she was killed by anther of my sons terriers bearing in mind in all the time we have had dogs nothing has happened like this ever. Jody Gordon & Sarah Chambers knew she was due to have her pups at any time so why would any one with half a brain put a dog thats going to pup in with any other dogs ?? its beyond me ( thats if its true what they claim ) But after looking at the body they sent back there is no way a terrier could have inflicted the damage done warning 18+ graphic photos one two three Imo & the vets opinion its defiantly a big dog (dogs) that have done the damage wont go in to detail dont want to educate them I can not thank every one enough for there support
