Alsone 789
Have you reported this to Baroness Ann Mallalieu? She's a pro country sports Labour MP, QC and President of The Countryside Alliance? She might even offer he services free or at reduced cost. You should also bring to her attention the other report on here about the farmer being reportedly told by the RSPCA Officer that she faced a £500 fine if she allowed a shooter to lamp her farm at night because it was illegal. Thread here post # 526: http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/60736-fox-shooting-gallery/page-36
Millet 4,497
God know's how but i missed this thread... .. i did see the odd share on face book but with it being so severe i thought it was one of the many hoax stories you hear.. i now know it is no hoax and i'm absolutely stunned at what they have done..even more so that the police have done nothing about it..i really hope this uncover's them for what they really are and anyone involved in this heinous crime get severely dealt with.. .. Dy you are doing right to keep quiet on the proceeding's.. give them no ammo for more lie's and let's see them try and worm there way out of this.. the very best of luck for a quick good result..
Alsone 789
Something else to do, ring the Police Headquarters for your area and tell them you wish to speak to the Chief Constable (you won't get him but..). Then inform who ever you do get in a senior position about your complaint, the evidence and that fact the local police are refusing to investigate. Insist that something is done and if necessary inform them you're going to file an official complain with the Police Complaints Commission and go to the press if action isn't taken.

Pretty sure he mentioned he'd done this already and the police commissioner who said they would look into it Y.I.S Leeview

Alsone 789
better off following rees s advise, might compromise the case. Not seen Rees advice (there are a lot of pages in fairness). I can't immediately see why asking the police to investigate would compromise a private prosecution as most private prosecutions come as a result of a refusal by the police or CPS to pursue a case following investigation even though there is some evidence of wrong doing. However, if you have legal advice to the contrary from a specialist in this area, then you should follow it. Edited June 10, 2014 by Alsone

I have not read it all to be honest, did try to keep up with it when it first started but things move on pretty quick. The police are involved in this case so obviously they are nt going to investigate themselves are they? Then the arspca claimed the police seized the dogs and handed the dogs to the arspca to look after!!!! Can you imagine the repercussions if the police refused to accompany the arspca on a suspicion of £$%^&*( case they need the police to be there because they have the power the arspca dont have. A couple of years back 2 police dogs died (overheated) in a police vehicle tragic as it was who prosecuted the police officer? yep the good old arspca How much longer will the police force put up with being dictated to by them? Without police back up their useless Y.I.S Leeview

dymented 2,220
Received some photos from my vet which he took from his last examination of the dogs at our request and expense as the rspca refuse me visits because i complain over how they keep the dogs and there condition they are kept in. I have never seen dogs with white fur turned yellow and fur falling out in patches with red skin is it because they are having to sleep in urine stained bedding and cramped conditions at the rspca kennels ? inspector J G told me he had sorted the problem out Obviously he has not as there are more bite marks and fur missing of the other dogs now what is it with the rspca and wanting to neglect dogs in there care ? In all the years we have had dogs we never had this problem !!!!
