dymented 2,220
i would gladly do it but they might trump up some charge so if any one wants to email Tesco feel free to do so charity.enquiries@uk.tesco.com inquire as to why they allow such collection from a charity that dose this to animals https://www.(!64.56:886/rspcakilldog
mushroom 13,089
Can someone send a link of these details to TESCO's, as I called into tesco's Wragby Road, Lincoln. yesterday and the arspca were collecting for animal rescues. I fired into the guy about this case and he claimed to know nothing about any such case and was very apologetic for what had happened and claimed to be just a fund raiser for them (he was from Doncaster) "raising funds for what ? more HQ's at £16m that could of helped a lot of animals" several other shoppers stopped and asked what it was all about and he upped and left. Cant see Tesco's or any other business looking too kindly to publicity if the truth is put to them Y.I.S Leeview Bob on mate bob on How I wish I could see that on Youtube
stabba 10,745
And Clive is just going let them fob you off?? What are you paying the man for?? Imo Clive should be spouting this act..that act..this law ..that law..to get them to let you see your dog's. You as yet havn't been charged with anything so the dog's are still legally your's.

He hates the RSPCA with a passion I doubt that anything would happen if he did get in touch with him. As he only has three friends on facebook and Clive Rees is one of them. Just seems a little strange that a brief as well versed in this field of law (no pun intended) Is letting a charity run rings around his client. Especially as 1 dog has already died in their care. For what Clive charges i'd be expecting a little more that's all.
