With a lot of companies you have to pay the vets the full amount and then claim it back. Which is ok if you've got the money. But if you had the money you wouldn't need insurance. Lol. I'm with pet plan also but double check with your vet that you don't have to pay first as all vets are diff mine wants payment and they contact insurance and deal direct then insurance pays you back not exactly what what pet plan claims to do vet said they end up out of pocket if pet plan says they ain't paying out for whatever reason so be careful Quote Link to post
