Rats Part Two

Recommended Posts

Had a phone call asking if we could go and shot some more rats up at the egg farm. So on Thursday zeroed the guns in and set of for the 1/2 hour drive .

Arrived at the farm set up my scaffold tower in the main building and waited for darkness ,darkness came ,climbed up tower and set up the guns ,waited about 5 minute's then they started to come out.

that night we shot 16 rats but only retrieved 7 ,the rest ended up stuck in the conveyer or landed down the cavity .

Managed to take some film footage but the quality is not that good ,sorry

Hi mate,

Are you sticking with the Ultra .177 for this job ? It is certainly bowling them over.

Again, nice shooting.

atb.

We had the ultra .177 and a regged s410 in .22 , I must admit the .22 did a lot more damage .That S410 is one hell of a gun specially with a reg in it

Nice!

Open converyors!?!? JEALOUS!!! The ones down my permission are enclosed. I have to look down the conveyor to get at the rats!

A couple of divers there, straight off the belt. The one that went behind the cavity....hate them! I'm having to be more patient with them and let them come closer.

Brilliant shooting though.
