New Bsa Scorpion Se In .177

Recommended Posts

Air Arms Field are a very popular hunting pellet. 8.4 grain in .177 calibre and superbly accurate.

At the range i use its the best selling pellet brand by far, try them out, the BSA ultra loves them, my mate has the ultra, at a guess would the Scorpion barrel be the same barrel as the ultra ?

Superdomes are very good in my old r10 but jsb heavies were even better ,specially for hunting and I still use them in my BSA ultra ,great at long distance ,shot a rabbit at 75 yards witnessed ,fell down stone dead with out a twitch but weather conditions were very calm and I new what I am capable at and I know my set up very well

my ultra .177 seems to favour the JSB exacts or AA field diablo. With regards to accuracy, there isn't much to choose between the 2 and to my untrained eye they pretty much look the same pellet.

Update to my previous post. Ive found that Fields are very good and well recommend, but in .22 my SE is literally pellet on pellet with H&NFTT's. As mentioned in another post, Fields and Exacts can be a bit 'soft' and deform easily, I think there made at the same place as it happens. Even in the fingers. Trophies do not.
