villaman 9,983
JSB heavies 10.3gr a very good pellet and hard hitting better than bis mags any day, most BSA guns like them in fact most airguns like them Quote Link to post
mark williams 7,550
Air Arms Field are a very popular hunting pellet. 8.4 grain in .177 calibre and superbly accurate. At the range i use its the best selling pellet brand by far, try them out, the BSA ultra loves them, my mate has the ultra, at a guess would the Scorpion barrel be the same barrel as the ultra ? atb Quote Link to post
Daz39 962
JSB exact, RWS superdome, Weihrauch F&T specials..... Quote Link to post
villaman 9,983
Superdomes are very good in my old r10 but jsb heavies were even better ,specially for hunting and I still use them in my BSA ultra ,great at long distance ,shot a rabbit at 75 yards witnessed ,fell down stone dead with out a twitch but weather conditions were very calm and I new what I am capable at and I know my set up very well 1 Quote Link to post
sean178 4
my ultra .177 seems to favour the JSB exacts or AA field diablo. With regards to accuracy, there isn't much to choose between the 2 and to my untrained eye they pretty much look the same pellet. Quote Link to post
Rez 4,960
AA Fields. Strangely my SE didn't get on well with Exacts. Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
Defiant Ogive 4.52mm are great in my Super 10, could be worth a try in the Scorpion! Quote Link to post
shadow_sniper 47
Daystate rangemaster li 14.gr my 22. Ultra se loves them At Nick Quote Link to post
Rez 4,960
Update to my previous post. Ive found that Fields are very good and well recommend, but in .22 my SE is literally pellet on pellet with H&NFTT's. As mentioned in another post, Fields and Exacts can be a bit 'soft' and deform easily, I think there made at the same place as it happens. Even in the fingers. Trophies do not. Atb.
