Lets See You'r Grafters

I've had the worst season ever for Ferret disasters. . . Tried and tested a few Jills and Hobs.. Ended up with 2 hobs.

 

The best Jill was on loan..but is now back with her owner. . . But she,s being bred to a very good hob so I will have a nice little Hob kit off her.

 

We are hoping to add some new kits to the hunting pack this summer... I'm already looking forward to September now and we only finished last week.. :whistling:

Cracker of a hob like the markings of him. Nice pics of em both at work. Both realy good coats on em aswell, whats the most you had with em ?

Think we had 44 that day. Used my mates 2 Hobs aswell though.

 

Had plenty of other decent days with less numbers though...

Nice one vin glad your getting sorted better waiting for the right breeding a good working lines worth the wait nowt worse than shity ferrets that dont get the job done or dick about at top of holes with no drive to get down and graft!

 

 

Gaz thats a crackin day that 44 is a good amount some days i would be happy with half that haha new permision aquired so them numbers hopefully be achievable!

Haha Jim, you were disappointed with 44. I thought it was Christmas :laugh:i was made up the bloke gave us permision,,, thought he was going to kick us off the land,,,,,,1 way of getting permision,,lol

To be honest his temperament is very even. you wouldn't be able to distinguish his character from a normal ferret. As a kit he was very lively and alert a bit nervous too around that time the eu came out a lot but now he's a fine worker dare say he's one of my best :thumbs:

Glad to hear,ive got a eu cross kit coming soon ,trying to add some fresh blood to my lot.Cant remember the last time i brought a ferret in but worked the dad who is 100% eu last winter and must admit was very impressed,hence ive booked one of his kits cant wait tbh :D
