Several years ago I worked as a dog warden for a very rural local authority, we picked up in excess of 400 dogs a year and the majority were never claimed by their owners I have seen how many "pets" are treated by their "loving" owners............ I hope life comes down on those arses, I wish them nothing but bad luck in everyday of their lives. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FO LEAVING A DOG LIKE THAT.
