if your dog doesnt kill ferrets take it with you and let it watch, i had a staff cross pit that worked with ferrets , it wont take it long to learn there clever wee dogs are staffs

im right up swaledale mate otherwise i would, there will be some lads nearer you , but if you can break your dog to ferrets , it will learn whats what, youd be surpirised ,have known staffs work rabbits , does it attempt chasing rabbits ? dont get hung up on what breed it is , youve already got the dog so make the best of it

Iv never let it have chance to chase a rabbit it's as soft as a brush pal it's a shame that your that far away. I'll have to see if anyone near me wants to come offers open. I really don't think she would do anything aha. Definatly need some one with a good dog to take on there and see. ALSo found a field last night what was full of rabbits. But I spooked them so there on there guard
