Its a Saluki hybrid,it looks nervous,as they are want to be in unfamiliar company and surroundings,if the mutt was to stand up in a natural posture it would look totally different.The dog as been lost for how long?,what condition was it in before it strayed?,to many Sherlocks and sensitive souls on here,facts are facts,until we make up our own.
