Done a few days labouring for my brother around Christmas time, was in pain for about a week after and I barely went up and down the scaffold on the pine end he was working on. Good to hear things are picking up for you again though. What's the rates like, going up again or still a bit low? Not being nosey or anything, just generally speaking! Got two layers on, then lay in my wee suntrap (105 degF lol) still shivering. Had a curry and some lucazade and I feel much better now Motorbike run tomorrow,, maybe hit the borders for a nice day oot., No stalking tomorrow, so it`s like a day aff.
