Fud 26
i had a good hard think about carrying on work but decided that for the best i had to pack in through rheumatoid arthritis im only 46 and im in pain on a daily basis, just trying to put socks on or a t shirt is a struggle and you end up like a contortionist trying to do simple tasks I wondered when you,d put an appearance in ,you moany , whiney , club footed gimp. Its bad enough having to walk slow so you can keep up , but having to wait while you empty your colostomy bag and having farmers moan about the groove your club foot leaves behind is getting too much. do the farmed not moan about you stealing there cow shit Stan? Mister Gain 1,764
Yeah, old age does creep up you. I played regular football until I was 42. Only then did I realise it was starting to take longer for any 'knocks' to disappear, so hung up my boots. As I approached 50 all the aches and pains started to show themselves during cold or/and damp weather. Around that time I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, and a few years later went onto the insulin injections.. then the weight piled on despite eating relatively healthily.. Now I've just crept over 60 and slowed down considerably... on the good side though, I've now got a 60+ photo Oystercard
Wullz 408
Deaf in one ear, heed covered in scars, nose just been rebuilt, so I can now breathe up both nostrils! Missing teeth, fekked nerve endings in my jaw, was a big black lad in Maidenhead that did that, dislocated shoulder, dislocated clavicle (never went back in properly) both thumbs fekked, back completely banjaxed (thats what stopped my capers good and proper), right knee started to play up....no big toenails..... Apart from that I am in great health....wonder why my mrs doesnt want the wee lad to play rugby?? Getting the nose fixed was brilliant, now paranoid about getting it boxed again!!
