Lamb Curry?

Recommended Posts

Its not goat, i used to keep sheep, once they have had 4 and 5 crop of lambs, the ewes are sold as cast ewes, there's nothing wrong with them, just getting old for breeding, and farmers will have bred younger stock to replace them.

These cast Ewes are sold, most of the dealers buying them send them to the midlands from Scotland, this is your curried lamb, most lamb, sold in indian restaurants, and kebab shops will be mutton, they don't buy lamb, too expensive.

Mutton used to be popular a long time ago, but fell out of fashion, now everyone wants lamb.
