3/4 no wind ......1/2 when going gets tough wont beat it .................3/8 with coursing blood instead of g/hound best all-round cross for me

Halfx. Seen nowt over the years that will better one when push comes to shove. Although alot depends on the quarry you are hunting/running. Yup there'll be exceptions to the rule but personal preferen

yeh like anything there good and bad in any x, but get 1x pit x grey or good staff x grey there the tops .The best ive ever seen was Tug 1x staff x grey 26in black/brindle dog strong as fook , few lads on here seen him go, anything with teeth didn't last long, he was still doing the business at 10 years old, it was seeing him work that put me on to bullxs in the 1st place. :yes: some bullxs are quite fast catch rabbits no prob, there not all big lumps,i suppose if you wanted one with pace+gears a bullx grey x saluki grey seem very popular for that job, but if you want keep just power+guts for what they were really bred for a 1x from good proven dogs all the way :yes:

for all round work id rather have a lurcher x lurcher with a bit of bull in the mix :thumbs:

 

you will find everybody as a differant opinion on the best bull type , and it will probably be one theyve had the most sucess with ,

thats what I got atm lurcher x lurcher deergrey x colliegrey - colliebullgrey and very happy how shes coming on plenty drive stamina and gutts

that looks one big strong dog trunk pups look well too
hes a big lump gafer stands over 26tts last month havent measures him due to my leg havent rwaly seen him mates been walking him and feeding the dogs at the minute hes bigger atronger than my older dog in every way
