fay 75 Posted April 13, 2014 Report Share Posted April 13, 2014 dog wont come when called and doesnt even look at me when called wat can b wrong do u recken eithe he has a hearing problem or hes a stubbern cnut wat do u reckon like if he goes to far i call him he just keeps goin i want to stock break him but i no i cant unless he starts coming back hes a collie bull x 8 months an have him since he is 9 weeks any help on this Quote Link to post

unlacedgecko 1,466 Posted April 15, 2014 Report Share Posted April 15, 2014 I've a terrier whose deaf. Her recall was spot on, but someone was a bit quick on the dispatch one day, and fired next to her ear. I've read you can get remote control vibrating collars, which may help. Quote Link to post

Richard Warwick 50 Posted April 16, 2014 Report Share Posted April 16, 2014 my bitch was like this, she's getting better now, i took her out on her own to a 11 acre field, she wouldn't come to a whistle, so i took a bag of dog biscuits and every time she came back to my whistle i gave her one and praised her, now she comes back most times and is getting a lot better Quote Link to post
