IMO it's gone to far now.

Problem is now there that many prick buy a pair willies and go out once a year a walk.

Think they know every thing bout everything in the countryside.

I see it round my local woods.

No one was interested in the place when I was a kid it really was a natural beauty.

Now the place is ruined.

That farmer was Robin Page, outspoken countryside campaigner. I couldn't believe the BBC let him on the programme as they fecked him off One Man And His Dog a few years ago. He's done more than most for the farmers cause and also for hunting. He's a decent bloke.

. Its never to late the the. Farm land bird survey was undertaken by the game bird trust are community's problem in the past have been sitting back and letting the rspb and a , take the moral high ground since the ban we have played catch up , EDUCATION AND RESEACH AND GOOD PR is the way forward the old game conservancy and the boc. Have done more than the two charity's put together to promote conservation through agricultural land management , set aside and hedge/ woodland regeneration and gamecrop Reseach , the fall in bird life on farmland was championed by the shooting community , there are giant steps being taken but its a slow process. Winning over the people who matter . Edited by gonetoearth

I agree with you.

They have made these crazy rules and laws now, no one can touch anything or do anything.

You will lose licence jobs lively hood usual for controling a BOP numbers.

Trying to get these antis to understand that thier is a reason why predators have been kept at a level for 100s years for a reason.

Anybody with half a brain cell knows if theres is to much predators sooner or later there will be f**k all else and ruin the food chain and the enviroment.

I know its a bit of the topic my dad and grandad has kept homing pigeons for 50 years.

You use to let them out all summer and maybe get one or two hits from sparrow or pergrine.

Now its at the stage every time there out there getting smashed and scattered.

Hes lost 20 birds in past month since they been paired up.

Most lads with pigeons are the same they are getting smashed.

As I said I know its of topic but if that is on the increase so much.

I would hate to think the damage they are doing to the wild bird life up and down the country.

leverets will be an easy target for the expanding buzzard population that has grown five fold in recent years, but everybody knows buzzards only eat road kill along with their mate, the red kite :whistling:

Fekkin magpies, never saw a magpie, buzzard or a sparrowhawk when I was a kid, now they are everywhere....buzzards nest on the outskirts of my village and you cant look out but you see a magpie.....I used to have bullies, goldies, long tailed tits, everything at my feeders....now its only magpies or jackdaws.....
