First Litter

Recommended Posts

i have just bred mine,at 8,and while not without risk ,i think the main concern would be her fertility.

another problem can be the hip cradle fuses together if not bred by 5 or so depending on the size ,

just be aware and keep the vets number handy.but there is plenty that have bred at this age without problems

norm they say breed a bitch from a 3rd season onwards , suppose if the bitch is fit ,and the stud you pick not to big for her, you prob be ok till about 8 years old.But wouldn't leave it much longer I don't think .?
