A father & son have just been banned up here from keeping dogs for 10yrs and given 250 hrs unpaid work each..

Found guilty of digging into and damaging a badger sette with INTENTION of using dogs...

Throughout the Word Baiting ,was banded around..by the Expert witnessess and Press..with No Evidence this was Happening or going to happen.,BUT They had Taken a STAFFIE..which was found to have Injuries to it's lips etc..

said " the intentions of these men were cruel,unkind and wholly illegal.(opinion added as Fact !)"the Law protects badgers from harm aswell as dogs From being used from Fighting " (Nowehere was it Proven the Dogs were engaged in FIGHTING !)

,But WIDELY reported as Such !

 

Going to earths ,out with Terriers with a Bull Terrier Type.....ARE you leaving yourself open ,to this type Hype ?

If it had Just been the 2 Patts...Could the case have been Argued ,a bit Differently..

You'll Always get "Good Friends" few an Far between,But there is Canaries(Pidgeons) ...usually go from club To club,show to show there the ones you can't take with a pinch of salt,unless there EPSOM ones...

Been a good few people getting done up this way lately, dog games f***ed to many assholes and grasses, only good if you keep off Facebook sites no pics of kills n get a good bit of permission
