pip1968 2,490 Posted April 10, 2014 Report Share Posted April 10, 2014 you have to lay boards on top of floor boards and screw them every 6inchs id say a 3/8 ply board and all screws need to be counter sunk,you then have to uni bond the the boards and I would have done but you no how it is with concrete floors sorry didnt look properly iv done right through my house with 600 x 600 tiles all i did was found the cnter of the room got it square and worked outwards both sides so the cuts around the outsides are uniform all the same size and then cut and fixed them the next dayya chuffed eye good for you biggis lol did you not want help then Quote Link to post Share on other sites

And if I take my toilet off will the sisterin ( shut it brigzy) fall down The cistern only rests on the toliet, held in place by a couple of wingnuts. Probably a couple of screws into the wall. If it raises the toilet to much to reconnect, there are offset connectors to reconnect it back to the waste pipe. pegleg33 134 Posted April 10, 2014 Report Share Posted April 10, 2014 No worries , no rooms are truly square so if you work your cuts out from the center leaving a good cut round the edges you don't notice it running out.
