Did he not shoot 3 times with seconds in between. Once in her hip one in her arm and one in her head which had also gone through her hand. Surely after the first shot he would of heard it was her. Dont think any judge could believe he didnt know it was her could they .Would u go to the toilet while robbing someones house .
