Sweeney 316 Posted April 9, 2014 Report Share Posted April 9, 2014 Some donut taxi driver (white) drove into my mrs in a car park few weeks ago, totally his fault just pulled straight out on her, have 2 witnesses and CCTV. He got out saying it was my mrs fault lol to which she wasn't having any of it btw. There wasn't any damage really just a few scratches couldn't of been faster than 10mph.....he's only rang up claiming whiplash !! I mean WTF, there's witnesses and CCTV of him jumping straight out his car walking round it bending over looking at the scratches. No wonder he's a taxi driver the thick fat f**k ! TOMO 26,026 Posted April 9, 2014 Report Share Posted April 9, 2014 Insurance company's are c**ts though,,,, I slid on some ice,,,only going slow but it was down hill,,, and my 4x4 hit one coming in the other direction,,,he had stoped to let me past but I slid in to him,,,,,totally my fault,,,we exchanged details ,,,,I told my company it was my fault,,,this poor fella go shit on by my company,,, trying to say it was joint responsibility ,,,they wouldn't pay his curtesy car ,,,, long story short it got dragged out for 18 months,,,in the end it took him getting a brief on the case,,,who phoned me,,,going for private prosecution ,,,,to say I was suprised ,,,,I told him I had accepted full responsibility ,,,,I had to get back in touch with my now ex insurance company,,,and tell them again for the umpteenth time it was fault,,,and pay the poor fecker his money,,,,,they really are a bunch of c**ts Quote Link to post Share on other sites
