Tirfor Winch???

Does anyone have an old one knocking around thst they dont use or want anymore??? Desperatly need one in a couple of weeks time (got to get a tree out of a lake for fishing club who lents us stretch for the comp) and be alot easier with one and the one i normally use is broken......:cray:

 

Cash waiting if anyone has one for sale before i get ripped off on ebay lol......:thumbs:

where abouts are you bud? Ive got one you could borrow . If you want your own, ebay is ok theres not alot that can go wrong with em really mate.

cheers mate but im in derby lol this one here aint feeding the cable when on pressure so think the teeth have worn down?? Easy fix???

 

Waz there french make mate so might be cheaper over there???

I think there cheap enough from ex army surplas places look in the landrover mags, have one here in my unit but you no if I part with it the next week ill need it. on flea bay there between 100 to 300 ish for a 3 ton

Aha... tir for translates as strong pull. Trouble is everything over here is expensive second hand or new. I spend a lot on p&p from everywhere else!

well all these years and i never knew that lol!!! They are a quality bit of kit tho and defo the best around :yes: ive got one sorted now off preloved £190 with 20m cable, some straps, D Shackles and a pulley!! Providing it all works lol think thats quite a good deal :)
