South hams hunter 8,926
ffs i got my dog as a pet, just to get out walking and he show,d what i wanted to see on my walks catching rabbits after working them up himself.i tried him on other things but didnt want to know hes just over 5yrs old now and hes started doing other stuff which amazed me so not bad from a dog that iv never seen the parents work and hes here till the end may be 'not bad' but I think that's at a push by the sounds of it Quote Link to post

foresterj 1,096
Where in that post does it say good dogs always throw good pups? Read it again slowly, and you will find the underlying message is 'stack the odds in your favour' I even put it in bold for special people The best way of doing that IMO is to source your pups carefully from well bred parents that are doing their job. End of. i just got half way through typing a reply and then realised that I really cant be arsed chewing on over genealogy, you do what you want and I'll do the same END OF. 1 Quote Link to post

Thats something that has never crossed my mind before I suppose that would be down to the man himself more than the dogs.If he's out once a fortnight with his pals can he be taking both dogs? Can they be getting any graft? Quote Link to post
