Pedwar 320
Are they that thick they think the public is likely to forget this if she disappears for a few months? Why not, look what happened with that slimy b*****d mandelson, the truth is most people in the uk dont give a toss about whats going on in this country, thats why we're in the state we're in
mackay 3,400
The older I get the easier I get pissed off at situations like these. The majority of people in elected positions are not fit for purpose, look at the benches in parliament and the lords, out of touch, full of their own importance twats who ride roughshod over the opinions of the population thinking they know better. Then when they fcuk up they think an apology suffices. Look at labours open door policy, most now concede it was wrong, but wait, we apologised. You apologise for farting in company or bumping into someone not for buggering a country up. This whole sleazy establishment we call government needs taking apart piece by piece and rebuilt with genuine people with the peoples interests first and foremost.

gonetoearth 5,144
Above the law , no respect for the system , no shame , no morals , Then when asked to apologise 32 secounds mummbled sentence , Then the ruling party tried to defend her , She should have been sacked and not been given the way out of resignation , well done camron she played the system and you have just pattered her on the back , The time has come for the privitisation of all expence claims Propertys should be aqired in every constituency and let to mps while serving , and travel a warrant should be issued , No ifs no buts they can not be trusted
Themoocher 231
You no what annoys the fook out of me. I bet they are on the same sort of system as the Armed Forces with JPA (Online do claims your self). If we got caught putting in a £50 claim at end of the month by mistake It use come straight back out your wages the next month. Bit like wonga only interest free If you got caught with a £45000 you would be court marshalled done for fraud. You wouldnt have the choice of staying on or handin in notice lol Thing that gets on my tits is who the fook is supervising these tit head polticians claims? Why dont they have to prove receipts and council tax bills ect for the claims they are putting in. FFS its not like its a dodgey £50 here in there for fuel, its £45k FFS Some people thats 3 years fookin wages. Edited April 9, 2014 by Themoocher

Brigzy 1,298
Why should they get a better pay rate ? The BASIC salary is £67000, PPS's, ministers, ministers of state, heads of select committees, etc, get far more ! It's not even the outrageous expenses that piss people off; it's trying to fiddle even MORE expenses that's the big problem !
sandymere 8,263
Remember it don't matter who you vote for the Government always gets in. Having said that vote Labour, I would like a pension and health service when I retire aged 84! Conservative will have the finish of both and no retirement, unless your an MP of course! The only reason I can think of that anyone in their right mind would vote for them is they want the government to collapse and in that case, worse is better. maybe not a bad philosophy.
