But the Borough Hall on Hartlepools Historical Headland is special.

And that was a special fight and atmosphere

Up there with the Best.

Max i dont really understand this constant desire you have to compare Hartlepool to the East End of London all the time.....but some of your statements are outright bizarre and they are getting worse.....the fact you have felt the need to jump all over this thread with Hartlepool this and Hartlepool that shows a real lack of knowledge on the sport if you are seriously implying it compares to East London for boxing talent

Did u take a look at the Hunter v Pickering fight Gnash

Some Fight and Atmosphere you must Admit

No denying that.

That Atmosphere will take some beating from any venue

Especially one of similar size.

 

I saw the fight years ago yes it was a good little scrap..................but theres good little scraps taking place in small halls all round the country the only reason you are obssessed with it is because this one happened to be in Hartlepool !!!..................Go down the York Hall or hundreds of other small halls round the country you,ll see these kind of scraps every week.......thats the trouble with wearing blinkers Max you only see whats in front of you ......look around you once in a while

 

Comparing a small hall domestic scrap at a local venue..... to a superfight in Las Vegas that has been historically remembered throughout the world from 30 years ago......is again,just a little bit silly though.

You are trying to compare domestic fighters with world champions !!!!..................If you cant see how ridiculous that is then you are clearly too lost to work it out !

Of course there are other parts of Britain.......but Hartlepool comes way down the list when it comes to boxing talent........ive been all round the country over the years and met hundreds of different people involved at all levels of the sport,ive never heard anyone talk about Hartlepool as a specific area for boxing talent.....ever !........................so again,to compare it to the East End is just being silly.
