DUCKWING 302
Charlie .... dont think iam being argumentative .... I will give you my views on the fowl and I hope you take them as they are meant .... constructive ! Lets go thru them ..... Look at their stance .... the backs too short exaggerated which throws their breast forward . And neck back look at the wing clip of them which isnt tight to the body caused by the width of back ..... being overly wide between the wings and too tight going towards the tail .... in short the classic bullocks heart shape looked for by the Carlisle club .... Now I know they are not Carlisle per se but are carrying a few traits ... The english cock is an athlete built for action where as the Carlisle types is more akin to the bulldog . The old families of gingers are nothing like these .... being big boney rugged fowl often having a deep keel . Having said all that ..... although I wouldn't keep them ... they are yours and if you are happy ... thats what counts ! Duckwing

gamerooster 1,179
as said earlier, as long as you are happy with them, thats all that matters, but in my opinion, they seem a tad 'solid' for pure oxford gingers, fairly wide, a true oxford should be athletic in build.
