anita&paul 0 Posted October 3, 2007 Report Share Posted October 3, 2007 you will need to make 12 large fish cakes 3 large baking potatoes Boiled and mashed with a little butter. enough fish to equal half the amount of mash made. i used for the above: 4 medium huss (caught earlier in the year), plus 2 salmon steaks and 2 tuna steaks. you can use any fish you like, 1 vegy oxo cube and seasoning to taste. fry the fish, flake and add to prepared mash and season. make into flat cake shapes egg wash and coat in flour, then shallow fry until golden approx 30 mins turning occasionaly. hope you enjoy, we had them for tea tonight with some broccoli and everyone loved them.... regards nita xxxxxxxxx Quote Link to post Share on other sites
